Hugging Face Transformers shows up in nearly every stack, spaCy where speed beats size, and increasingly a retrieval layer feeding everything. Multilingual work is a genuine specialty that quietly commands a premium. NLP is one of the older ML disciplines, and its interviews tend to respect production experience over paper counts.
