Terms

The deal, in plain words.

Using the site means accepting these terms. They are deliberately short: what we owe you, what we don't, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Who you are dealing with

mydailyaijobs.com (“the site”) is operated by the operator of mydailyaijobs.com. Contact: hello@mydailyaijobs.com.

What the site is

An index of AI and machine-learning job listings. Most are collected automatically from the public careers APIs companies publish; some are submitted directly by employers and published after a human reads them. Every listing links out to the employer's own application page — you never apply through us, and we are not party to your application, interview or employment.

Accuracy

We take the listing content as the employer published it. We do not verify that a role exists, that the pay is real, that the employer is reputable, or that a listing is still open at the moment you read it. Salary figures are shown only when the employer stated them; where a figure was extracted from listing text it can carry the same errors the original did. Treat everything here as a pointer to the employer's own posting, which is the authoritative version.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on a listing — including a job that turns out not to exist or an employer who behaves badly. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Accounts

Accounts are free and optional. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape wholesale, or circumvent the access controls of the site. We may suspend or delete an account that does. You can delete yours at any time from your profile.

Employers: posting a listing

By submitting a listing you confirm that:

  • the role is genuine, currently open, and you are authorised to advertise it;
  • the content is yours to publish and does not infringe anyone's rights;
  • it is a real AI or machine-learning role — this is a specialist board;
  • it contains no unlawful discrimination, no fee demanded of applicants, and nothing misleading about pay, location or employment terms.

You keep ownership of your listing content and grant us a licence to display, format and index it (including in search engines) while it runs. Every submission is reviewed by a person before publication and we may decline anything that fails the above — see Refunds for what happens to your money if we do.

A paid listing runs for 30 days from publication, after which its page returns a “no longer available” status. Featured placement runs for 30 days from purchase and puts the role on the homepage and above the standard listings. Prices are shown before checkout and include no hidden fees; you are responsible for any tax applicable in your own jurisdiction.

We may remove a listing that turns out to breach these terms, and may remove or edit obvious formatting breakage. If we remove a paid listing for a breach you caused, no refund is due.

Emails

Job alerts are opt-in and confirmed by email before anything is sent. Every alert email carries a one-click stop link. Transactional emails about your account or a purchase are not optional while you have one.

Our content

The site's design, editorial writing, categorisation and code are ours. Individual job listings belong to the employers who wrote them. Don't republish the board wholesale.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the last revision, and continued use means acceptance. We may stop offering the site, or any part of it, at any time — if that happens while a paid listing is running, we refund the unused portion.
