We charge before a human reviews your listing, so the rule that matters most is simple: if we don't publish it, you don't pay for it.

Rejected listings: refunded in full, automatically
Every submitted listing is read by a person before it goes live. If we decline it — wrong kind of role for this board, not a real opening, anything in the terms it fails — we refund the full amount automatically and email you the reason. You don't have to ask, and there is no fee for the attempt.
Changed your mind before publication
If your listing hasn't been published yet, email hello@mydailyaijobs.com and we'll cancel and refund it in full.
After it's live
Once a listing is published it is running — the board is indexed by search engines within hours, so the thing you bought starts being delivered immediately. If you want it taken down early we will remove it promptly, and refund the unused portion of the 30-day run pro rata where more than 7 days remain. Filling the role is good news, not a reason to lose the rest of your money.
The same applies to featured placement: removed on request, unused days refunded pro rata beyond the first 7.
If something is our fault
If your paid listing didn't appear, disappeared early, or the featured placement you paid for didn't run, tell us and we will either fix it and extend the run to compensate, or refund you in full — your choice.
No refund
We don't refund a listing removed because it breached the terms — for example a role that turned out not to exist, or content we were asked to publish that wasn't the advertiser's to publish.
How refunds are paid
Always back to the original card, through Stripe. Your bank decides how quickly it appears; 5–10 business days is typical. You'll get an email from us when we issue it, and Stripe sends its own confirmation.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer, including any statutory cancellation period that applies where you live. If a legal right gives you more than this policy does, the legal right wins.
Asking for one
Email hello@mydailyaijobs.com with the email address you used at checkout. We answer within two business days and there is no form to fill in.
