What to write about
- A listing is wrong, stale or shouldn't be here. Send us the link and we'll fix or remove it.
- You're hiring. See posting a job for what it costs and what you get.
- Billing, refunds, or a paid listing that isn't behaving. See the refund policy, then email us with the address you used at checkout.
- Privacy: access, correction, export or deletion. See the privacy policy. Account holders can delete everything themselves from their profile; for anything else we reply within 30 days.
Response times
Two business days for most things, sooner for anything involving money or a listing that's down. This is a small operation, so we'd rather answer properly than instantly.
