Who runs this site

mydailyaijobs.com is operated by the operator of mydailyaijobs.com. For anything in this policy — including access, correction or deletion requests — write to hello@mydailyaijobs.com.

Browsing without an account

You can use the entire job board without giving us anything. We set no cookies for signed-out visitors, and the site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images — nothing here reports to Google, Meta or an ad network.

We do keep our own server-side record of page views so we can tell which parts of the board are useful. Each event stores: the page path, the referring site (host and path only), any UTM tags in the URL, a coarse device and browser type, a two-letter country from our host's network layer, and a visitor hash.

That hash is a one-way SHA-256 of your IP address and browser user-agent, mixed with a secret key and the current date, so it changes every day and cannot be reversed into an IP. We never store your IP address or user-agent. It exists only to tell “20 views by one person” apart from “20 people” within a single day. Analytics events are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate traffic to a site we operate, using the least identifying method we could build.

If you create an account

We store your email address and a hashed password (handled by our authentication provider — we never see the password itself), an optional display name, plus whatever you create: saved roles and job alerts. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address from Google; we do not receive your password.

Lawful basis: performing the service you asked for. Keep it as long as you keep the account — see deletion below.

If you set a job alert

We store the email address and the filters you saved, and we send you an email only when a new role matches. Alerts use double opt-in: nothing is ever sent until you click the confirmation link. Every alert email carries a one-click stop link that needs no sign-in.

Lawful basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time via that link.

If you post a job or contact us as an employer

We store the contact name and email you give us, the listing you submit, and a payment record: the amount, the product, and the identifiers our payment processor returns. We never see or store your card details — the payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. Where we must keep transaction records for tax and accounting, we keep them for as long as the law requires, which can outlast an account deletion request.

Who we share it with

Only the processors that run the service, each for one purpose:

• Supabase — database and authentication (your account, alerts, saved roles).
• Resend — sending alert, account and employer emails.
• Stripe — payments for job postings and featured listings.
• Railway — hosting the site and the job-syncing worker.
• Anthropic — classifying job listings by category, seniority and work mode. Only the public text of an employer's job advert is sent; no personal data about site visitors is ever included.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Some of these providers operate in the United States; transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Signed-in users can delete an account outright — including saved roles and alerts — from your profile page; it is immediate and cannot be undone. For anything else, or if you have no account, email hello@mydailyaijobs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Job listings themselves

Listings are collected from the public careers APIs that companies publish for exactly this purpose, or submitted directly by an employer. They are business information, not personal data about you. If you are named in a listing and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
